Are you seeking more meaning, more purpose, more j o y, and more appreciation to be able to sustain yourself: physically, mentally, and spiritually. Are you tired of old societal paradigms. So am I, and it’s no coincidence you found me!

The way I lived my life previous to this point is that I made a plan and then executed it. This meant that I followed the path that so many of us go on, obtained degrees, become a (semi)professional, then attempted to work my way up, to then live a little.

That path has lead to some successes if you will, such as becoming the first one in my family to obtain two university degrees (a BA and MS), or moving away from my place of birth (Germany to the United States). However, now, in my mid-30’s, I still feel trapped and realize that I am still seeking so much more and seemingly haven’t gotten closer to long-term happiness.

I realize how much my life is lacking. For one, I stopped writing–my dream was to become a writer but I was either filled with self-doubt or simply didn’t find the time to be creative anymore. Moreover, I could never even seem to fit in anywhere or even find my niche, my calling, my career. I knew something needed to change, radically. So here I am…

I am wondering, how can I make a change?

It is my attempt to become aware of what I truly want [to create], and disregard what society is teaching to go my own way.

It’s an inkling I am following, finally. This is my way of saying I do not need to have an explanation or follow logical steps that someone else thinks make sense for me anymore. 2020 will be my year of becoming heart-centered. <3

This is my journey to follow my soul’s calling and trust that it is the path to more fulfillment.
